I have a you beaut uke which I bought for megabucks 12 years ago in Hawaii. It came with a good hard case, which was falling apart after 12 years of taking it all over the world. So I treated it to a new hard case….and boy is it the best! Well made, inside and out, cushions my uke well, with a lock even! Oh, and it looks good, too!

This case is very well made. Its internals are well padded and securely hold the uke with the usual compartment for tuner and spare strings under the neck. The ability to combination lock the zips, like you do on your airline luggage, is a welcome bonus. The external shell looks great and is tough at the same time. The case has a shoulder strap as well as the usual handle, excellent for easy carrying either way. The designer thought hard about this case, I reckon, and my precious uke, which I spent countless hours crafting from bits of Australian timber into a glorious instrument, is very pleased!
